Newsham Park Playground

Newsham Park Playground is in Newsham Park, off West Derby Road in Old Swan, North Liverpool, a 121-acre Victorian park with two lakes. One for model boats, one for fishing. It has a dedicated children’s play area, plus the Lakeview Kiosk (open 9am–5pm) for refreshments. It’s a good half-day option combining the playground with a walk around the water and a spot of pond-watching. Parking is on the surrounding streets.
