Terms & Conditions

By using Kiddit, you agree to the following terms:

1. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide the best advice (like reminding you to bring a jumper to Otterspool!), playground conditions and facilities can change. Kiddit is a guide and we recommend checking official council notices for maintenance or closures.

2. User Submissions

If you “Add a Listing,” you agree that the information and photos provided are accurate and that you have the right to share them.

3. Safety Warning

Supervision is the responsibility of parents and guardians. Kiddit provides location data and descriptions but is not responsible for the safety or maintenance of the physical playground sites listed.

4. Local Use

Kiddit is designed specifically for families in Liverpool and the surrounding Merseyside area.
